Purpose. The Arkansas Rural Health Workforce Network (ARHWN), led by the Arkansas Rural Health Partnership (ARHP), isĀ  offering regional assessments to identify workforce needs, opportunities, and implementation strategies tailored to your community.

Overview.

Each regional assessment will:

I. Evaluate current healthcare workforce capacity and gaps.
II. Identify recruitment, retention, and training priorities.
III. Align local strategies with the statewide Rural Health Workforce Toolkit.
IV . Connect regions to technical assistance, funding, and best practices.
